Improving Multi-Site Attendance and Task Control for Construction Teams

BuildCore Infra Projects was simultaneously managing multiple construction sites with teams spread across different locations. Attendance was recorded manually at each site, often leading to inaccuracies, delayed reporting, and disputes during payroll processing. 🏗️📋

Supervisors shared daily updates verbally or through WhatsApp, making it difficult for management to get a clear, real-time picture of on-ground progress. Task completion status, workforce presence, and site-wise productivity were hard to verify, especially when senior management was not physically present at sites.

As project volume increased, the lack of centralized visibility started affecting planning, accountability, and timely decision-making.

Karyalay was implemented to bring centralized control and transparency across all construction sites. GPS-based attendance was enabled to ensure that workers and supervisors marked attendance only when physically present at assigned project locations. 📍✅

Work orders and task assignments were created for site activities, allowing supervisors to update progress digitally from the field. The system provided management with real-time visibility into attendance, task status, and site-wise activity without depending on manual reports.
